Payment will be processed on recurring monthly date. Inactive accounts will be paused after 12 months. Aesthetic members can freeze membership for up to 3 months. Wellness360 monthly memberships require a 6-month commitment then will move to month to month. Monthly benefits must be used in the month they are earned (1 per calendar month) and do not roll over. 30 days’ notice required for cancellation from membership renewal date. Benefits cannot be transferred. Percentage discounts do not apply to wellness treatments or body treatments (unless patient purchased FABComplete or FABComplete Plus). Prices are subject to change.
